Staging Consultation: $250-$400
MHS will provide a detailed, objective report for sellers who want to do the work themselves. This is a great way to get started or a great service to be provided by agents.
Partial Staging: Hourly
MHS will provide as much or as little staging as the customer wants. Fully stage 1, 2 or 3 rooms or even create small vignettes in rooms to create an inviting space. This is a great service to help enhance the visual appeal of high impact spaces.
Full Staging: Hourly
MHS will fully stage the entire property making sure that every room is perfectly presented to appeal to the highest number of buyers. This service allows the property to be seen in optimal marketing condition. Full staging also includes additional marketing materials such as special signage, website links and a reception upon completion of the staging work.
Vacant Home Staging: Hourly + Monthly rental
MHS will fully stage a vacant home in order to take the guesswork out of imagining what the space "might" look like. This includes furniture rental coordination, furniture placement, home accessory placement and repairs list.
Move-In Staging: Hourly
MHS will help take some of the stress out of moving into a new home by staging the new house with the owner's items to create an immediately inviting, relaxing space.
Stage to Live: Hourly
MHS will gladly assist with the fine tuning of furniture placement, functionality of space and overall aesthetic appeal of spaces currently being lived in.
